Knitwear
To extend the wear of your knits, we recommend washing them as little as possible (wearing layers underneath will help!). Wool is naturally odour resistant so you should only wash when dirty, and other knitwear every four to five wears unless dirty sooner. Always refer to the inner care label for your garment's specific instructions, however we have included some general instructions for you below.
Extra Fine Merino & Washable Knits
Machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle using a wool/silk detergent or enzyme-free detergent. Wash separately using a laundry net and turn the item inside-out.
Dry on a flat surface and warm iron only.
Cashmere, Souffle Yarn, Lambswool & 3D Knit
Wash knitwear gently by hand with a light, wool-friendly detergent. Do not wring the item dry, but gently squeeze the water out and lay it flat on a towel or mesh drying rack to dry. The gentler you are in the process, the better it will keep its shape. If you notice any difference in the shape after washing, ironing and steaming will open up the fibres.
General Care Tips
Hang knits outside to air after use and spray them with fabric freshener if needed.
Always store knits folded in a drawer since hanging them will make them lose their shape.
Pilling is a natural reaction of the material caused by friction from general wear or in the wash. This may occur in areas like armpits, crotch, where your bag sits on your shoulder or where a belt may rub. To remove pilling, simply use a fabric shaver, or carefully trim with scissors, as recommended on the care label.

PUFFTECH & Down
To prolong the life of your PUFFTECH and Down jackets, make a habit of airing out your outerwear, use a damp cloth to wipe away dirt and occasionally spray it with fabric freshener. In general, PUFFTECH & Down do not need to be washed as often, as washing less frequently will help to retain its shape.
PUFFTECH
Hand wash your PUFFTECH items using the following steps:
1. Fill a bucket or sink with water and a small amount of laundry detergent. *Warm water is recommended if there are visible stains.
2. Lightly fold the item so that the collar and cuffs, which tend to stain the easiest, are on top. Submerge the item into the water. Gently press down on the item 20-30 times without squeezing the padding. By pressing down vertically, you will prevent the padding from bunching up.
3. Rinse the item using cold water. Press gently to avoid squeezing the padding and rinse until all detergent is removed. Do not squeeze or twist.
4. Place the item into a laundry net and spin it in the washing machine until it is no longer dripping water.
5. Dry in the shade. Use a thick hanger to help the item retain its shape. Refluff and hang in a well-ventilated area.
6. Before the item has completely dried, return it to its original shape by massaging the padding with your hands and spreading out the padding evenly.
Ultra Light Down
Hand wash your ULD items using the following steps:
1. Prepare water with a neutral detergent in a bucket or sink and gently wash your Down item.
2. Rinse with clean water 2-3 times to ensure no detergent remains. For heavily soiled areas such as neck and cuffs, use a sponge or cloth with detergent to gently spot clean.
3. Drip dry completely in the shade.
4. If using the dryer method, turn the item inside out and tumble dry at a low temperature. Add 3 or more clean tennis balls to the dryer and let the cycle run until your item has dried completely. Pause to shake the item occasionally to evenly distribute the down.

Fleece
Fleece is a fabric that’s easy to care for at home, but there are tricks to making its fluffy feel last longer. Always refer to product care label suggestions as the care method may differ depening on the product.
Wash your Fleece items using the following steps:
1. Turn the item inside out to prevent friction against other clothing.
2. Place the item inside a laundry net.
3. Use Hand Wash/Gentle mode to maintain the fleece texture.
4. Avoid washing with a heavy load as friction will damage the fabric texture.
To restore the fluffy texture, use a clothes brush to comb the fabric and raise the fleece nap. Refresh your fleece items with fabric softener or an anti-static spray to overcome static electricity.

Denim
Denim should be washed infrequently; ideally, you can go months without washing your jeans. Instead, air them as often as you can, and spray with fabric freshener to refresh them.
When washing denim, use the following tips to improve the life of your items:
Wash your jeans separately as the colours may transfer to other clothing and items trhough contact due to the characteristics of the dye. Jeans may also damage other clothing if washing together, as denim fabrics are thick and stiff. Avoid also contact with light-colored items (sofas, shoes, handbags, car seats, etc.)
Most detergents are either alkaline or neutral. When washing jeans, consider the neutral laundry detergents that are reserved for delicate items, to maintain the colour of your jeans.
It’s preferable to wash your jeans with cold water, to better preserve the colour. Only use hot or warm water if you need to remove stains, as higher temperatures might cause the colour to fade.
Machine wash with gentle cycles and inside-out, as jeans can fade easily due to friction.
Never tumble dry, instead hang or dry flat.
