Can't believe this is a winter coat

I thought this might end up being something I pulled out on not too cold days, but when it's in the teens, I could throw this on over proper layers and be totally comfortable and content. Having that top button right at the neck also made sure no errant breeze got in and my scarf did the rest. The shape is unique, but helps me not look like a marshmallow in some huge down coat. I can sit down next to people on the bus or subway and not take up an extra seat with my thick coat. It does everything i want a warm coat to do including having deep pockets without the extra bulk of a big coat. I was size 18 when I bought the XL, so wearing an extra thick sweater or turtleneck underneath sometimes made the buttons gape when I sat. Once I was a size 16 again, the fit was more flattering with no pull at the buttons. Though I often left a couple buttons undone and still felt warm.

How it fits: Large
I love the aesthetic of the cut. It's a younger style but not too out there. It is big, usually wear XL and got the M and it's still big . HOWEVER, I can comfortably wear my hoodies and sweaters without restriction. Like someone else pointed out there is no inside zipper pocket. It's a shame they do not include this feature into women's clothing. I see this item is selling out/ discontinuing so maybe in an updated version we can see more pockets.

This is a great oversized coat if you want a layering look because you could wear lots of layers underneath and still have room to spare and feel comfortable. A great Fall to early Winter coat too. I just wish they come in more colors.
