Term & Condition for Click & Collect Coupon
• Customers will receive a discount coupon when ordering at online store and choosing Click & Collect with no minimum order amount from 00:01 AM of 28 February 2025 to 11:59 PM of 20 March 2025.
• 1 customer will receive only 1 coupon throughout this promotional activity.
• Period of purchasing and receiving the coupon will be as following details
- For customers who make a purchase from 28 February 2025 to 2 March 2025, will receive the coupon on 5 March 2025. The receiving coupons are valid from 5 March 2025 until 30 April 2025.
- For customers who make a purchase from 3 March 2025 to 9 March 2025, will receive the coupon on 12 March 2025. The receiving coupons are valid from 12 March 2025 until 30 April 2025.
- For customers who make a purchase from 10 March 2025 to 16 March 2025, will receive the coupon on 19 March 2025. The receiving coupons are valid from 19 March 2025 until 30 April 2025.
- For customers who make a purchase from 17 March 2025 to 20 March 2025, will receive the coupon on 26 March 2025. The receiving coupons are valid from 26 March 2025 until 30 April 2025.

• Coupon valued at 100 baht can be used for a discount at both physical stores and online store with a minimum purchase of 1,000 baht. (receipts cannot be combined)

• Customers who shop at online store will receive free packaging when purchase with a minimum amount of 990 baht (value before deducting the discount amount).

• To use coupons when shopping at physical stores, please present the coupon to the staff to claim the privilege only when at the cashier.
• 1 coupon can only be used per 1 receipt.
• When the coupon is used at online store or physical stores, the coupon will show as "REDEEMED" and cannot be reused.
• The receipt from purchasing the product with using a discount coupon can be exchanged but cannot be returned for a refund. The exchanged product must be in perfect condition according to the return policy and can be exchanged for products with the same price or higher. Please bring the receipt to physical stores only. • The Company reserves the right to change of term, conditions and/or cancel this activity. Any changes will be announced in advance via the UNIQLO APP, website and official UNIQLO Facebook Account (Uniqlo Thailand).

Click and Collect is a delivery option for online ordering which offers a convenient way for you to collect your online orders in store with free delivery. You can shop online anytime, and our online warehouse will ship your order to any of our UNIQLO Thailand stores for you to collect.

Yes, we can happily confirm that you can now shop online and collect your order from any of our UNIQLO Thailand stores. This delivery option is free for all orders and there is no minimum spend required. Please note, your Click and Collect order will be sent from our online warehouse to the store you have chosen within 2-5 business days.
1. At Checkout, choose [Click & Collect] in [Delivery Option].
2. Find your nearest store by searching by Suburb, state or postcode. Clicking [SELECT] at your desired store and then [PICK UP IN THIS STORE].
3. Proceed to payment option and checkout
4. Waiting the email to confirm that you can pick up in the store.
The expected delivery time frames to stores for collection is 2-5 business days. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email notification that you will need to present when you collect your order in store. Once you have received this notification, you will have 14 days to collect your order.
Once your order is ready for collection, you can approach any staff member for assistance.
1. Present QR code from this email to store staff.
2. Please show your email notification, your printed order history, or a screenshot of either at the cashier counter.
You have within 14 days of receiving the notification to collect your order.
If an order is not collected within the 14 days, the order will be cancelled and returned to our warehouse. A full refund will then be processed back to the same method of payment.
You are welcome to have someone else collect your order on your behalf, as long as they have your order number and a copy of your original email notification with QR Code.
You can exchange your Click & Collect order at any nationwide store within 30 days. Alternative, you may choose to return by postal to return department. Please refer to our refunds and exchanges policy.
Remark: Pay-In-Store order is required to be returned at the store you made payment only
Unfortunately, once your Click & Collect order has been processed online, no changes can be made. However, you can exchange the item upon collection or return to return department.
