ARIGATO FESTIVAL

• Customers who purchase products at Uniqlo stores or Uniqlo online between May 30, 2025 and June 5, 2025 will receive a free ‘Utility Duffle Bag’ when purchasing products for every 3,000 Baht (value before deducting discounts from using coupons, but receipts cannot be combined). Customers are entitled to receive no more than 5 ‘Utility Duffle Bag’ per receipt (maximum value of 15,000 Baht per receipt) at all Uniqlo stores or Uniqlo online.

• Customers who purchase products at Uniqlo stores under the specified conditions and are entitled to receive a 'Utility Duffle Bag' can only choose the color of the 'Utility Duffle Bag' at the purchased's store. The colors and quantities of bags in each stores are limited. If any color is out of stock at the store, The store reserves the right to choose the color of the 'Utility Duffle Bag'.

• Customers who purchase products on Uniqlo Online from 00.01 A.M. of May 30, 2025 to 11.59 P.M. of June 5, 2025 and are eligible to receive the 'Utility Duffle Bag', the bag will be delivered with the products that the customer has ordered. Customers cannot choose the color and cannot change the color at any Uniqlo store. 'Utility Duffle Bag' that the customer receives will not be shown in the purchase process and order history, but show on the receipt. Customers who purchase products on Uniqlo Online that meet the specified conditions and receive the 'Utility Duffle Bag' will receive the right to free packaging.

• Customers who purchase products via Click and Collect and Pay In Store services are considered to order from Uniqlo Online. The 'Utility Duffle Bag' will be delivered with the products that the customer has ordered. If the 'Utility Duffle Bag' on the online store runs out, customers will not receive 'Utility Duffle Bag' through this order.

• The 'Utility Duffle Bag' is available in 5 colors (black, navy, gray, mocha brown and mint green) and is limited to only 86,320 pieces, each value 1,390 Baht, totaling 119,984,800 Baht.

• Receipts from purchases at Uniqlo stores and Uniqlo online where customers receive the 'Utility Duffle Bag' can be exchanged for products, but cannot be returned. The products that are exchanged must be in original condition according to the product exchange conditions and can be exchanged for products of the same or higher price, and the original receipt must be brought to contact any Uniqlo store except for Pay In Store order, customers must bring both original receipt from store and receipt that come with package for product exchange. • The right to receive the 'Utility Duffle Bag' cannot be exchanged for cash or discounts, and cannot be transferred to another person.

• If the 'Utility Duffle Bag' runs out before the termination of the campaign period, Uniqlo reserves the right to cancel the activity and will notify customers via the Uniqlo website and Uniqlo Thailand Facebook page only.

• In the event of a dispute, Uniqlo's decision is final.
