This in-store service lets you shop all items available in our online store and have them ordered to you, even if they are not available in store.
USE THIS SERVICE WHEN YOU’RE SHOPPING IN STORE IN THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS:
- a) When you can’t find the product you want in store
- b)When the product you want isn’t available in your size in store
- c)When you want a product in a size only available online (XS or XXL)
- d)When you want a product from one of our special collections
- e) When you want a product that’s only available in selected stores

If you can’t find what you want in store, store staffs can support to look for it. Just speak to the nearest store staff.

PAYMENT
When you find what you’re looking for online, you can pay for it via the "Pay In Store" or other online payment option (cash on delivery, credit/debit card payment.)

GET YOUR PRODUCT
If you select “Click & Collect” at your convenience UNIQLO store*, no packaging fee with no minimum spend. Just come and pick up your parcel in store at your available time which the earliest to pick up at store is on the next day
You can also enjoy free packaging fee to your home on online purchases worth 990 baht and above.
FAQ
With the "Pay In Store" payment option, you could check out online and pay at store with staff support. You can pay by cash, credit card, debit card and QR payment.
- Note:
1. You must pay in store within 2 hours after placing the order online. If payment is not confirmed, your order will be cancelled.
2. You cannot pay at the UNIQLO store when collecting your order.
3. The product price applied will be the price displayed in the UNIQLO online store when the order is completed. If the product price is different when the product is delivered, the new price will not be applied.

**Delivery may take longer depending on situations.
- Note:
Delivery may take longer during busy periods or stocktakes at our warehouse. Please referred to the noticed in the checkout page.
- CLICK & COLLECT FROM A UNIQLO STORE
- We will keep the parcel for 14 days after it arrives in the store.
- If an order is not collected within the 14 days, the order will be cancelled and returned to our warehouse. A full refund will then be processed back to the same method of payment. For more details, please refer to "What will happen if I exceed the collection period for Click & Collect?"”.
