Terms and Conditions
for Program Registration and Participation
■ Qualifications for event participants include girls and boys between the ages of 4 - 6 years with no congenital disease.
■ Each participants will receive UNIQLO original uniform.
(1) Registration Period:
Registration is open from Friday, 26 September 2025, to Friday, 10 October 2025. Parents may register via a link or QR code available on Uniqlo Thailand's Facebook page or Uniqlo's website, starting 26 September at 11:00 hrs. The registration system will automatically close on 10 October at 15:00 hrs.
(2) Registrant Requirements:
Only parents may register their children. If more than one child registering, each child must be registered individually (one name per registration). The same email address may be used for multiple registrations, or different email addresses may be used. Selection will be based on the childs name as entered during registration.
(3) Statement of Interest:
Parents must assist their child in providing a reason for wanting to participate in the JFA SOCCER KIDS activity. This must be written in Thai or English in the online registration form.
(4) Selection Process:
Uniqlo will conduct the selection at Mitrtown Office Tower from 14 to 17 October 2025, starting at 10:00 hrs. Selected participants will be notified via email ending in @uniqlo.co.th by 27 October 2025. For inquiries, parents may reply directly to the email from Uniqlo.
(5) Activity clothing:
Uniqlo will provide a short-sleeved T-shirt priced at THB 390, featuring a special design exclusive to this event. Participants may change into the shirt at the venue and take it home after the activity. Size and color cannot be selected; all children will receive a shirt in 130 CM size.
- ※ Participants must bring their own shorts, appropriate sports shoes, and long socks.
(6) Entry Requirements:
Only individuals with a registration confirmation email will be permitted to enter the event area.
• Children will be divided into small groups to play football and learn techniques directly from:
(1) Atsuto Uchida, former Japanese national team player
(2) Kawin Thamsatchanan, Thai footballer
(3) Teeratep Winothai (Leesaw), Thai footballer
The format of the activity may be adjusted as deemed appropriate.
• Uniqlo will record photographs and videos during the event for use on social media, in-store displays, and post-event publicity.
• Participation is non-transferable and limited to the registered child only.
• Selection will be based on The quality and creativity of the reason for participation and compliance with age and health criteria.
• Uniqlo's decision is final. UNIQLO reserves the right to change the terms or format of the activity without prior notice.
Q&A
This activity is for children aged 4-6 years, both boys and girls, and must have good health conditions.
No football experience is required.
Registration starts at 1:00 PM. Then, there will be basic skill training, small group activities so all children can practice teamwork, meet new friends, and play with professional footballers.
Note: Activities may be adjusted as appropriate.
There are 144 participants.

The activity will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025.
Online registration opens on Friday, September 26, 2025 from 11:00 AM onwards, and will automatically close on Friday, October 10, 2025 at 3:00 PM.
There is no cost, but participation is reserved for those selected only.
Results will be announced by October 27, 2025 via email ending with @uniqlo.co.th only.
Siblings aged 4-6 years can both apply, but must register separately (1 form per name). Participation is reserved for those selected only.
Parents can sit in the designated area at the field.
Selected children will receive a special printed T-shirt, size 130 CM (color and size cannot be chosen).
