Labor's Day Promotion

• Customers who purchase products at Uniqlo stores or Uniqlo online between May 1, 2026, to May 7, 2026, will receive a free ‘Multipurpose Shoulder Bag’ when purchasing products for every 3,500 Baht (value before deducting discounts from using coupons, but receipts cannot be combined). Customers are entitled to receive no more than 4 pieces ‘Multipurpose Shoulder Bag’ per receipt (maximum value of 14,000 Baht per receipt) at all Uniqlo stores or Uniqlo online.
• Customers who purchase products at participating UNIQLO store locations in accordance with the specified conditions are eligible to receive a “Multipurpose Shoulder Bag” in Black color. The novelty can be redeemed only at the same store where the purchase is made. Quantities of the shoulder bag are limited and may vary by store. Exception: At the UNIQLO CentralWorld store, customers may choose the color of “Multipurpose Shoulder Bag” subject to in‑store availability. There are 4 available colors: Black, Brown, Gray, and Green. Quantities are limited and may differ by color.
• Customers who purchase products on Uniqlo Online from 00.01 A.M. of May 1, 2026, to 11.59 P.M. of May 7, 2026, and are eligible to receive the ‘Multipurpose Shoulder Bag’ and will be delivered with the products that the customer has ordered. There are 4 available colors: Black, Brown, Gray, and Green which customers cannot choose the color and cannot change the color at any Uniqlo stores. The ‘Multipurpose Shoulder Bag’ that the customer receives will not be shown in the purchase process, order history, but it will be shown on the receipt. Customers who purchase products on Uniqlo Online that meet the specified conditions and receive the ‘Multipurpose Shoulder Bag’ will receive the right to free packaging.
• Customers who purchase products via ‘Click and Collect’ and ‘Pay In Store’ are considered to have ordered from Uniqlo Online. The ‘Multipurpose Shoulder Bag’ will be delivered with the products that the customer has ordered. If the ‘Multipurpose Shoulder Bag’ on the online channel runs out, customers will not receive ‘Multipurpose Shoulder Bag’ through this order
• Throughout the campaign period, the ‘Multipurpose Shoulder Bag’ is available in 4 colors (Black, Brown, Green, Gray) and is limited to only 31,780 pieces, each value 1,390 Baht, totaling 44,174,200 Baht.
• Receipts from purchases at Uniqlo stores and Uniqlo online where customers receive the ‘Multipurpose Shoulder Bag’ can be exchanged for products, but cannot be returned. The products that are exchanged must be in original condition according to the product exchange conditions and can be exchanged for products of the same or higher price, and the original receipt must be brought to contact any Uniqlo store except for Pay In Store order, customers must bring both original receipt from store and receipt that come with package for product exchange. Customers who purchase Uniqlo products and have their pants altered cannot exchange or return the products (For more information of product exchange: https://s.uniqlo.com/faq-return-en)
• The right to receive the ‘Multipurpose Shoulder Bag’ cannot be exchanged for cash or discounts, and cannot be transferred to another person.
• If the ‘Multipurpose Shoulder Bag’ runs out before the termination of the campaign period, Uniqlo reserves the right to cancel the activity and will notify customers via the Uniqlo website and Uniqlo Thailand Facebook page only. 
• In the event of a dispute, Uniqlo’s decision is final.
