• For customers who make purchases at the online store that meet the specified terms and conditions, your 'Work & Study Bag' will be delivered along with the products you ordered. The 'Work & Study Bag', will not be displayed in the purchase process, and order history.
• The receipt from purchasing the product with receiving the 'Work & Study Bag', can be exchanged but cannot be returned for a refund. The exchanged product must be in perfect condition according to the exchange policy and can be exchanged for products with the same price or higher. Please bring the receipt to physical stores only.
• Customers who purchase products at the UNIQLO Online Store and choose home delivery (Ship to address) are not eligible to receive the 'Work & Study Bag' in this promotion.
• The privilege of 'A Work & Study Bag' redemption in this promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or a discount, and cannot be transferred to other persons.
