Click&Collect is free for all orders with no minimum spend required.

How do I place an order with Click&Collect?

In Delivey Option, select "Click&Collect Shipping". Then, select your prefered store and proceed to checkout.

Where can I pick up my orders with Click&Collect?

You can at collect your online order(s) at any UNIQLO store in Malaysia.

How long does it take for my order to arrive by using Click&Collect?

It will take: Klang Valley 1-3 working days | Peninsular Malaysia 2-4 working days | Sabah & Sarawak 3-6 working days.

How do I collect my order?

Please approach to the Click&Collect counter, or approach any UNIQLO staff for assistance, and present your APP membership barcode for collection.

What would happen if I am unable to collect my order in time?

The order will be returned to the warehouse and a refund will be processed. Please note that refunds take up to 14 working days to process. Alternatively, you may ask someone else to collect the order on your behalf. S/he will need to present a copy of the notification for collection or delivery confirmation email.
