Alteration is available for selected bottoms such as full-length pants and jeans.
You may choose from Regular or Blind Stitch as
your preferred alteration technique.
STITCH TYPES
NORMAL STITCH
A standard method that uses single stitching on both the interier and exterior.
Depending on the length hemmed, traces of removed stitching may remain.
In addition, distressed items will lose the distressing on the part that is hemmed.
BLIND STITCH
Nearly invisible stitching for a neat look.

This service is available only for selected bottoms. For online purchase with alteration, the delivery lead time will take an additional 1-4 working days from the estimated normal delivery lead time.
No, unfortunately we only provide service for length alteration.
For online purchase, the delivery timeline will take an additional 3 working days from the estimated normal delivery lead time. (Online alteration service not applicable for Same Day Delivery Click & Collect)
We do not offer lengthening service. The product cannot be lengthened after it has been altered. We are also not able to lengthen a product to longer than its original length.
If you need to shorten your pants again after the first alteration, you may visit any of our local retail stores and request for another alteration. Kindly bring along your tax invoice as a proof of purchase. Our store staff will assist you.
