FAQs

What is bulk purchase and how do I qualify?

  1. Bulk purchase is a special online discount of 10% given to orders of RM5,000 and above, regardless of the number of pieces purchased.
  2. Bulk purchase discounts are not applicable on Limited Offer, Value Buy and Special collaboration items.

How It Works & Estimated Timeline

    Step 1: Submit the bulk purchase order form
    Step 2: UNIQLO confirm the stock availability and send quotation (1-3 working days)
    Step 3: Received an email with quotation and payment link**
    Step 4: Confirm the quotation and complete the payment (7 calendar days)
    Step 5: UNIQLO create order & delivery arrangement (1-3 working days)
    Step 6: Received order confirmation & delivery tracking detail

    Delivery Timeline: Klang Valley: 1 – 3 working days | Peninsular Malaysia: 2 – 4 working days | Sabah & Sarawak: 3 - 6 working days

Are there any exchange or refund allowed for bulk purchase?

  1. All Goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  2. Customer is advised to inspect the items within 7 days to ensure no damage or defective Goods upon delivery and before any embroidery or alteration is done.
  3. In the event that the Goods are found to have manufacturing defect, they can be exchanged within thirty (30) days from the date of Collection subject to the following conditions:
    1) The tax invoice is available &
    2) The Goods are in the new and original condition with price tag and sticker attached.
  4. Delivery Timeline: Klang Valley: 1 – 3 working days | Peninsular Malaysia: 2 – 4 working days | Sabah & Sarawak: 3 - 6 working days
