BULK ORDER POLICY
Bulk Purchase shall mean purchase of Goods, in a single transaction with a total purchase price above of RM5,000.00 (“Bulk Purchase”).
Bulk Purchase is entitled for 10% discount, except for Goods on promotion/limited offer or mark down/value buy.
Bulk Purchase are for
corporate purchase/use
only. Bulk Purchase must not be for resale or for any trade events and/or reproduction
Bulk Purchase shall mean a minimum quantity of 10pcs per design is required. For example if you want to order Dry Pique Polo shirt design, mininum quantity is 10pcs regardless of size and color.
All bulk purchase orders are subject to the inventory availability.
The Purchaser shall make payment in accordance to the Bulk Purchase Terms & Conditions, failing which the Company shall not be obliged to hold the required Goods for the Purchaser and shall be cancelled.
Payment methods for Bulk Purchase are as follows:
Once the payment is confirmed and verified, the Company shall arrange for the delivery of the Goods, free of charge, to the address provided by the Purchaser in the order form. The Purchaser will receive the tracking number of the Goods via email. For avoidance of doubt, in cases where the Purchaser requests to deliver the Goods to multiple addresses, additional cost may be incurred and shall be borne by the Purchaser.
The Goods shall be delivered to the Purchaser’s address as per the time stipulated in the confirmation email. Estimated delivery:
The Company may issue an invoice, upon the Purchaser’s request. It shall be delivered to the Purchaser together with the Goods.

Returns & exchange are not accepted on bulk orders if discount is applicable, unless in the case of damaged or defective items.
