- How long can I raise delivery-related complaint?
- You may raise complaint within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we regret that we are unable to assist, as proof of delivery (POD) is only stored for a limited time.
We kindly recommend checking your parcel as soon as possible upon receipt to ensure timely support.

- We will keep the parcel for 14 days after it arrives in the store.
