Click & Collect

Click & Collect is free for all orders with no minimum spend required.

1. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail with the details of your order.
2. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email after your order has been packed and picked up from the warehouse. Please note that your order is not yet ready for collection at this stage.
3. Once your order has arrived in the store of your choice, you will receive an e-mail notification for collection.

Please collect your orders within 14 days upon receiving the e-mail notification that your order is ready for collection.

Please proceed to the cashier counter, or approach any member of our staff for assistance. Do bring along the Membership barcode or the Shipment Confirmation email (printout or digital copy) to collect your order.

The order will be returned to the warehouse and a refund processed.

You can collect your online order(s) at any UNIQLO store in Viet Nam.
