Cotton fiber is made by untangling cotton flowers. In particular, "extra-long staple cotton," with fiber lengths of 35 mm or more, is high-quality cotton, of which production is limited worldwide. The fiber has a smooth feel and pleasing luster. Impurities are carefully removed from the block-shaped bales of extra-long staple cotton from producing areas. The fibers are twisted many times while gradually aligning their direction and spun into beautiful yarn.

The fabric for our Broadcloth Shirts featuring check or stripe patterns is initially cut roughly. Skilled craftspeople then make precise hand adjustments to ensure the patterns align perfectly. Once the patterns are properly aligned, the fabric is cut again. This two-step process guarantees that the collar, placket, sleeves, and cuffs are symmetrical and that each component is beautifully finished without any misalignment. Every detail is attended to with great care. This meticulous approach is the secret to creating a beautiful shirt.
