LifeWear

Rather than following fashion trends, UNIQLO's LifeWear is designed for everyone to enjoy wearing in their daily lives. At this exhibition, the LifeWear Fall/Winter 2024 collection is displayed in a Paris apartment, showing how the inhabitants of each room incorporate our clothing into their lifestyles.

What Makes Life Better?

What Makes Life Better?

UNIQLO's goal is to make life better for everyone through our clothing business. In these video interviews, our designers and ambassadors share their unique views and responses to the question that we constantly seek to answer: what makes life better?

Journey of Scale

Journey of Scale

Though our fiber innovations can’t be seen with the naked eye, they make life more comfortable. Experience the world of LifeWear—designed with a wide range of viewpoints from daily life to the micro level—through dynamic projection mapping that covers the entire walls.

NANODESIGN™

NANODESIGN™

Toray’s cutting-edge NANODESIGN™ technology creates fibers by controlling different component arrangements and shapes on a nano-level, enabling fabric functions, aesthetics, and textures never seen before. This large-scale installation showcases our innovations at the invisible micro level.

PUFFERTECH

PUFFERTECH

Look up to see PUFFERTECH, our high-performance padding made with lots of air for a lightweight, soft feel. Lights are used to demonstrate how this padding contains air to keep you warm.

HEATTECH

HEATTECH

Enter this HEATTECH tunnel to experience our Heat of Absorption mechanism. The tunnel lights up in warm colors along with your movement.

40 Years of New Challenges, Initiatives, and Innovations

40 Years of New Challenges, Initiatives, and Innovations

Learn about UNIQLO’s continuous growth - including all the failures and successes along the way - going back to our first store, which opened in Hiroshima in June 1984. Highlights in our history include the release of our fleece range in Japan in the late 1990s, which sparked a huge trend; the development of new materials like HEATTECH and AIRism; and the opening of stores in global cities such as London, New York, and Shanghai.
