How do I reset my password?

In your login page, select "Forgot Your Password" and reset your password.

I have existing Wishlist and items in cart. Will they still be available?

After the scheduled update, products saved in Wishlist & Shopping Cart before 16 June 2026 will be automatically removed.

I have existing coupons and past purchase information. Will they still be available?

After the scheduled update, Order History and Purchase History will be merged and migrated along with existing coupons in your account.

How do I return my online order with the new process?

For orders placed on or after 17 June 2026, returns can be completed using the new return process via our app or website. Click here to find out more.
