The trick to a comfortable weekend outdoors is stylish gear designed for functionality and warmth.

How should you dress for a weekend in the mountains? It’s fine to go all-out with mountaineering gear, but there’s nothing wrong with wearing light, comfortable clothes.

Layer a versatile fleece or light down jacket over an everyday button down or sweater, and you’re ready for a quick trip to the countryside in style.

Because of the way modern layering combines colours from a tonal palette, you won’t stand out when you get back to town. One of the modern touches of an urban outdoor style.

A good down jacket is pocketable and lets you tweak the temperature. Easy to put on when it’s cold, or take off when it gets hot. While hiking, it’s important not to break a sweat, but if you’re wearing a down jacket on a normal day, comfort is key.

UNIQLO’s Ultra Light Down Jackets aren’t just unbelievably light and warm, they’re easily stashed into the custom pouch. They’re also water-repellant. The secret to the lightweight warmth is premium 750* fill power down. Pack a lightweight down on a quiet weekend trip outdoors, and you’ll be able to respond to changing temperatures with ease. The boxy cut makes it flattering on anyone.

You can wear it on the trail or keep it in your pack. This Ultra Light Down Jacket has your back, ready if you need it. It’s peace of mind, in a pouch.
