Who We're Helping:

For maximum impact at the local level, we work with existing partners such as:

Second Harvest

Second Harvest is Canada’s largest food rescue organization in Canada. Last year, they rescued 87 million pounds of food and redistributed to 6.5 million people experiencing hunger across the country. Four food bank/affiliates within the Second Harvest network received HEATTECH donations to distribute before the holiday season. Located in Victoria, Toronto, and Montreal, these centres were eager to distribute HEATTECH items to ensure families had warm clothes when it mattered most. As UNIQLO’s national partner , we are committed to ensure Canadians across the country can gather, share meals, and find comfort with loved ones this holiday season. Second Harvest

Covenant House

Covenant House is Canada’s largest agency serving youth who are homeless, trafficked, or at risk by providing safe shelter, unconditional love, and relentless support. We offer 24/7 crisis shelter, transitional housing options on-site and in the community, health and well-being support, training and skill development, and ongoing care once youth move into the community. They are a regional RE.UNIQLO partner, distributing gently used clothing donated by customers, to their network of shelters in Vancouver and Toronto.

YWCA

YWCA Canada is the country’s oldest and largest gender equity organization and a secular charity dedicated to improving the lives of women, girls and gender diverse people. As part of a national and global movement, the 29 community YWCAs across the country provide vital supports in gender-based violence prevention, housing, early learning and childcare, and economic well-being. YWCA Canada is the largest provider of gender-based violence shelters and employment programs for women, and the second-largest childcare operator in Canada. Together, YWCAs in Canada support more than 330,000 individuals each year. Six member associations within the YWCA Canada network in Toronto and Quebec City received HEATTECH donations to distribute before the holiday season. YWCA
