UNIQLO Partners with Second Harvest
UNIQLO believes we can turn the power of clothing into a force for food. That’s why in 2025, UNIQLO Canada has committed to donating $110,000 to Second Harvest, the
largest food rescue organization in Canada.
Together, we will provide food for over 330,000 meals* — that’s enough to feed a family of four, three meals per day, for 76 years.

from across the supply chain to redistribute it to non-profits in Canada. Every $1 helps Second Harvest rescue enough food for three meals.
About Our Partnership
UNIQLO Canada joins Second Harvest in supporting a network of 5,000+ food banks, food pantries,
and non-profit organizations
across the country that help millions of people facing food insecurity access the food and resources they need to thrive.
Everyone needs nutritious food to thrive, and in every community in Canada, people are working hard to provide for
themselves and their families. Yet in 2023, at least 8.7 million people experienced food insecurity in Canada.
Despite many experiencing hunger and rising costs of food every year,
there is
still a great amount of food that is being wasted before it gets into Canadian homes.
That is why UNIQLO has chosen to support Second Harvest’s mission to keep food where it belongs: on plates and out of landfills.
In addition to our monetary donation of $110,000, we plan to activate campaigns around key moments throughout 2025-2026,
including special volunteer opportunities for UNIQLO employees.
