great quality, lots of pockets. i use it for school, work, and leisure. the laptop sleeve holds my 14 inch macbook just right (without anything plugged into ports, sometimes the zipper gets in the way when taking it out but it fits)! strap doesn’t dig into the shoulder. water resistant material - but i wish it was a smooth fabric like some videos in international uniqlos have! i have a lot of bags so i was on the fence but with how much i’ve used it and it’s versatility and space, i don’t regret it.
