Your old clothes have another chapter. We’re creating something positive for the future by keeping used clothing in circulation, maximising all the possibilities our clothes have to offer. This is RE.UNIQLO.
Repair your favourite clothes so you can keep wearing and loving them. Remake them into fresh new items with our clothing alternations. Donate clothes you no longer wear for people in the community who need them. Well-worn clothes are recycled and turned into materials for new clothing and resources. At our RE.UNIQLO studios we’re pursuing a new future for clothes.

About Valentine Tinchant
Valentine Tinchant is a circular fashion designer based in Antwerp, known for her creative upcycling work and sustainable approach to fashion. She studied at Polimoda Fashion School in Florence and quickly launched her own upcycling studio after an internship, driven by a lifelong passion for turning waste into beauty. Valentine collaborates with organisations like SAAMO, Okret, and New Order of Fashion as a freelance designer, consultant, and workshop teacher. Her studio transforms old garments into bespoke pieces, promoting reuse and reducing textile waste.
UNIQLO Meir x Bakkerij FUNK
Fashion meets food: UNIQLO and Bakerij FUNK will soon launch three exclusive UTme! designs, RE.UNIQLO STUDIO creations, and a vending machine featuring iconic FUNK snacks. Plus, in addition to a free breakfast, the first 100 customers who spend €70 on opening day will receive a limited-edition goodie bag. Stay tuned for more details.

Repair damaged garments with beautiful sashiko patches
Our affordable machine-made sashiko patches replicate the beautiful finish of this Japanese repair practice - allowing you to fix damaged garments with a unique design.
Reuse
Collect clothes that are no longer worn and donate them to people in the community who need them. Our clothing recycling services allow you to donate clothes to those in need if they are still in good condition.
Recycle
Unwearable clothes are collected and used as raw materials or recycled into materials for new clothing and energy sources. Rather than disposing of clothing, recycling helps reduce the need for the production of new materials.
