How to Order & Pick

From the product page, check whether an item is available in-store. Select the pickup location, click “Order & Pick” and complete payment at the checkout. -

You'll receive an email notification that your order is ready for pickup at the store.

Collect your order during store's operating hours by showing your membership barcode to a store staff member. If you have multiple orders, please inform our store staff if you do not wish to collect all of them at the same time.
Select products may be unavailable for Order & Pick services.

FAQs
You have 14 days to collect your order from the store once you receive the "Your order is ready to collect" email.
If you receive an email that your ORDER & PICK order has been cancelled, it may be due to one or more items being out of stock. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and as the payment is pending when your order is placed, it will be automatically reversed and back in your account within 30-45 business days.
Order & Pick orders follow the same return and exchange policy as other UNIQLO online orders:
- Items can be exchanged directly at any UNIQLO.
- Returns and refunds are available when items are sent back to the UNIQLO warehouse.
