    • Contest participants must cover the cost of producing their designs on their own.
    • Regardless of whether the designer has obtained licensing rights or not, it is prohibited to use representations which include, evoke, or imitate specific persons or intellectual properties which belong to other third parties, including but not limited to characters, brands, logos, images, illustrations, styles, compositions, and linguistic expressions.
    • Artwork must be newly developed by the entrants exclusively for UTGP 2020, and must have not ever been published previously.
    • All licensing rights to all the designs, including local copyrights and the rights under Article 27 and Article 28 of the Japanese Copyright Act, shall be transferred from the entrants to UNIQLO upon submission.
    • However, all licensing rights to the designs that are not selected as winning submissions shall be transferred back from UNIQLO to participants upon announcement of the winners.

Yes. Enter under the name of the person who is representing or leading your group/company. Please confirm everyone who have designed the artwork together have read and agreed the Rule For Entry.
