I love this vest
This vest is so great I bought two of them so I could swap them out when one is dirty. I wear it over everything. Only improvement I could see is making the zipper pulls a higher quality/ just a touch larger.

Perfect vest with high neck!
This vest is perfect and I wear it zipped up all the way to keep my neck delightfully warm, no scarf needed. It also looks great on its own or as an inner layer!
