Different Materials
I'm 5'4", 110 lbs, waist size 27 inches, hips 35-37 inches, short legs, and size 0 and the fit has sag around my pelvic area, but this is quite normal and I tend to get my attires altered because my body tends to gain weight around my waist and not around my upper thighs and lower abdominal. So this isn't a problem for me.
My disappointment is that the quality of the pant changed. I have purchased slacks/pants from unique for over 8 years, and the pants used to be very soft to skin. The moment i got the pants out of the package, I could already tell it was not smooth and soft like the ones I currently own.
My old pants material 46% polyester 48% Viscose and 6% Elastane
These pants : 69% polyester 29% Rayon, and 2% spandex
There is a big difference in the quality and feel. I hope they bring back the old pants. I will do my diligence in the future and check the material before buying :(

Whats wrong with the sizes?
I used to have 5 pairs of Uniqlo pants. I bought size S and wear them for a few years. They had a perfect fit and good quality, super comfortable. I bought them again a few months ago and size S was a bit lose on me. Then I returned and bought XS and they still don't fit me. So this time I chose the smallest size they have (size XXS/0) and they still don't fit my waist and hip. I'm fine with the pants being too long for my body, I can get them to the tailor but now the waist and hip never seems to fit.
Sucks that I tried to give this brand several attempts before I look for another brand and I only keep getting disappointed. I used to have a lot of compliments for my pants back then but now the sizes are just strange.
