UNIQLO Partners with Feeding America®

UNIQLO believes we can turn the power of clothing into a force for good. That’s why in 2026, UNIQLO has committed to donate $250,000 to Feeding America®, the largest hunger-relief organization in the United States. Together, we will help provide 2.5 million meals* to families across the country.

About Our Partnership

In 2025, UNIQLO USA joined the Feeding America network of 200 food banks, 21 partner state associations, and over 60,000 partner agencies, food pantries, and meal programs to help the tens of millions of people who experience food insecurity gain access to the food and resources they say they need to thrive. Everyone needs nutritious food to thrive, and in every community in America, people are working hard to provide for themselves and their families. Yet in 2024, 47.9 million people - 1 in 7 - experienced food insecurity.

Our 2025 Impact

In 2025, UNIQLO USA committed $200,000 to Feeding America, helping provide 2 million meals to families nationwide. Alongside this contribution, our teams and customers came together throughout the year to support communities facing food insecurity. To strengthen Feeding America’s work during key moments of heightened need, we activated pin pad donation campaigns during key moments such as Summer Hunger Awareness Month and in response to the Los Angeles fires, raising an additional 1.2 million meals to support local food banks at times when demand is highest. To close the year, our Heart of LifeWear holiday campaign provided warmth to communities nationwide. UNIQLO donated over 40,000 HEATTECH items to Feeding America network food banks in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Dallas, with employees volunteering at distribution events to ensure families received essential winter clothing when it mattered most.

Summer is a critical time to support hunger relief efforts due to the increased food insecurity that arises during the months when school is out and children lose access to school meals. During May 2026, UNIQLO will turn on the donation function at all stores in the US to support the many Feeding America partner food banks that step in with programs to ensure children receive nutritious food. Our store and corporate employees across the country will also volunteer at their local food banks. This summer, let's come together to ensure every child has access to the meals they need to grow, play and thrive. When we all play a role, we can create a summer where every child is nourished, safe and thriving.

Key Facts About Hunger

• Food insecurity is about more than food. Neighbors facing hunger tell us that cost of living, housing, employment, health and other factors—like the end of pandemic-era relief efforts — are among the top reasons why it’s increasingly difficult to afford and access the food they need to thrive. • Hunger is much closer than you might think. Anyone can experience food insecurity, regardless of background, race or ZIP code. It can be the result of a short-term setback, such as a layoff or hospitalization, or long-term forces like economic instability. • According to the USDA, more than 44 million people, including 13 million children, in the United States are food insecure. • $1 donated to Feeding America can help provide at least 10 meals to kids, families and individuals facing hunger. • Feeding America is the nation’s largest hunger relief organization supporting tens of millions of people to get the food and resources they say they need to thrive as part of a nationwide network of more than 200 food banks, 21 statewide food bank associations, and over 60,000 agency partners, food pantries and meal programs.
