How to Care for Jeans
STEP 1 Check the washing instructions
First, check if the item is machine-washable.
STEP 2 Close buttons and zippers
Fasten all buttons and close zippers to prevent damage, and unroll cuffs to remove trapped dirt.
STEP 3 Turn inside out before washing
Wash less frequently and avoid excessive friction to maintain color, and turn inside out to minimize fading.
In the case of damaged jeans
Place distressed jeans in a laundry bag before washing to prevent damage from spreading.
STEP 4 Machine wash
Wash one pair at a time through spin-drying to avoid dye transfer and lint.
STEP 5 Take it out early
Promptly remove after spin-drying, gently reshape, and hang to dry in the shade.
Polyurethane in stretch jeans deteriorates in sunlight, so always dry in the shade. Hanging in a cylindrical shape allows air inside, allowing the fabric to dry faster.
STEP 6 Once the back side is dry, it's done
Make sure the jeans are completely dry, especially around seams and pocket linings.
