CLOTHING SUPPORT
Giving Pre-Owned Clothing a New Life and Meaning
We give wearable clothing collected from customers through recycling initiatives a second life by donating it to communities in need, specifically those experiencing homelessness. Each item is carefully sorted to ensure it meets recipients’ specific needs. In partnership with Covenant House, the leading organization helping youth and young families overcome homelessness throughout the Americas, UNIQLO USA coordinates volumes, clothing types, and delivery routes to guarantee that the right support reaches the right people. Through these efforts, we provide effective, needs-appropriate clothing assistance where it matters most.

GLOBAL PARTNERSHIP
Growing our activities in scope, speed, impact
UNIQLO (Fast Retailing Group) began collaborating with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in 2006 and formed a partnership in 2011. With the support of UNHCR, we found ways to direct our resources to programs that support refugees, such as donating clothes to refugee camps and empowering refugees through vocational training.
