Prices range from $10 - $15. Embroidery can be applied to most UNIQLO products, excluding select special collaborations, products made from nylon, and some accessories. The full list of ineligible products can be found on our FAQ page.

1. Prepare for Repair Please ensure your item is clean before handing it off for repair.

2. Drop off Your Item Hand your garment to a RE.UNIQLO Studio staff member for review.

3. Receive Consultation We’ll walk you through repair or embroidery options, share recommendations, and confirm pricing and timelines.

4. Place Your Order Once you approve the service, we’ll set your pickup time and provide a receipt required for collection.

5. Item Pickup See any UNIQLO associate to collect your repaired or embroidered item. Make sure you have your receipt!

We do not accept returns or exchanges of repaired or remade items.

RE.UNIQLO Studio launched in the United States in January 2022 at our SoHo flagship, offering on-site $5 repairs to extend the life of customers’ clothing. RE.UNIQLO Studio has since expanded to eight locations across the U.S., including Texas, California, and Florida, and offers additional services like upcycling and embroidery. Rooted in Japanese values of simplicity, quality, and longevity, the studios foster visible craftsmanship, creativity, and conversation—building a growing culture of care and circularity around clothing nationwide.
