IQ is a chatbot (an automated answering system via chat) based on AI (artificial intelligence).
We named it IQ because it is a shopping assistant at the heart of UNIQLO, just like the “IQ” in UN“IQ”LO, that serves to enhance our customers' shopping experience. You can chat with IQ any time, anywhere.
You can find IQ by tapping on the icon displayed at the bottom right of pages including the home page, product list and product details pages in UNIQLO.com and the UNIQLO app.
You can also find it on the company information page and the FAQ page. IQ will also become available on other pages.
Once you have opened IQ, find preselected question options or use your keyboard. You can also select frequently asked questions from the menu (≡) at the bottom left of the screen.
To use IQ in the UNIQLO app, please update the app to Version 7.21.0 or later.
Type “start again” in the message area at the bottom of the chat screen.
If you chatted with IQ while logged in to UNIQLO.com or UNIQLO app, you can view the past year's chats.
Log in by entering your email address and password in the following places.
UNIQLO.com: Login page
UNIQLO app: Tap on “Check/change customer information” under “Member ID”
You cannot buy items in the actual chat. When you tap on an item that Virtual Shopping Assistant has suggested or helped you find, you will be able to view the product details page on UNIQLO.com and complete your purchase.
