A Single T-Shirt Has the Power to Spread Peace: The Power of Clothing No.29
T-shirts created with a shared hope for peace. All profits from PEACE FOR ALL T-shirt sales are donated to support those in need.
“We want to take action, in the name of world peace.”Renowned figures who share UNIQLO’s vision have volunteered to design PEACE FOR ALL T-shirts embodying their peaceful wishes. All profits will be donated to organizations all over the world which are dedicated to supporting those affected by poverty, discrimination, violence, conflict, and war, helping to fund a variety of programs.
To date, more than 10 million T-shirts have now been sold globally, raising donations of over JPY 3 billion*¹ (approx. US$19.1 million*²). Charity organizations supported by the project have included UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, Save the Children, and Plan International.
To explore how your donations through PEACE FOR ALL have helped make the world a better place, we introduce how the lives of two young girls have been changed by the project.
Three pillars of support. The vision driving the project.
1. Safeguarding life and dignity: Emergency humanitarian aid -
These projects support emergency aid efforts helping people facing war, natural disasters and food shortages. Acting swiftly with flexibility, they provide basic needs like water, food and sanitary products, while ensuring the safety of babies and young children, whose lives are disproportionately affected by disruptive change.Offering peace of mind to refugees from Ukraine displaced by the war
Plan International
The Sudanese civil war has been ongoing since April 2023. As of March 2025, the conflict has internally displaced 11.3 million people, while 30.4 million people are in need of emergency support*³. Water provision and other infrastructure at most camps for internally displaced people is in disrepair, while other areas are stricken with famine. This project seeks to help those forced into harsh conditions by displacement, providing food, and maintaining water provision facilities.©PLAN INTERNATIONAL
2. Creating pathways for the future: Education and self-sufficiency
These projects provide education and technical training opportunities for people who are living in economically and socially disadvantaged circumstances. By acquiring new knowledge and skills, participants can rebuild their lives on their own terms.Young people from an underserved community in Bangladesh, working towards self-sufficiency through training.
UNHCR
Rohingya refugees living in Bangladesh are seeking opportunities to utilize their abilities and skills. Since 2022, UNIQLO has been supporting training programs to help women at the Cox’s Bazar refugee camp learn how to manufacture cloth pads and underwear, which is distributed at the settlement. Stipend earned from these tasks provides the women with a source of income. A portion of the donations generated from your purchase helps to keep this program going.3. Making sustainable connections: Community Resilience
It can be difficult to effect lasting change through individual effort alone. That’s why these programs are assisting communities with education and awareness initiatives, as well as infrastructure maintenance and technical training, to improve social and economic conditions. This helps people to respond more resiliently when faced with the unavoidable challenges of disaster or infectious disease. An elementary school in Vietnam, where community awareness programs are being held to prevent the practice of child marriage.
Save the Children
Youth living in Mananjary and Nosy Varika districts of southeastern Madagascar often marry and have children at an early age, and face limited livelihood opportunities due to poverty and climate-related disasters, leaving them struggling to support their households. This project helps participants establish stable living conditions through financial literacy and self-determination training, while also improving children’s nutrition and awareness of reproductive health.© Rodrick Anivondrahona / Save the Children
Supporting the Displacement Film Fund
The Displacement Film Fund (DFF) was founded in 2025 to support the work of displaced filmmakers, as well as filmmakers whose work depicts the experiences of displaced individuals. UNIQLO is a founding supporter. By sharing refugee stories with a broad audience, this project aims to increase understanding about refugee-related issues. In order to increase the reach and diversity of its support for refugees, PEACE FOR ALL added DFF to its list of donation recipients as of June 2026. That same month, DFF contributed its voice as a PEACE FOR ALL collaborator, creating a T-shirt design for the project. All profits from sales of DFF T-shirts will benefit DFF programs.*1 As of March 2026 Fast Retailing contributes all profits from the sale of PEACE FOR ALL T-shirts (equivalent to 20% of the selling price in Japan).

The PEACE FOR ALL project, launched in June 2022, features T-shirts with designs expressing a wish for peace, provided voluntarily by collaborators with close ties to UNIQLO who share the goal of "taking action with a desire for world peace." Fast Retailing Co., Ltd., the company that operates UNIQLO, donates the entire profit from sales (equivalent to 20% of the unit list price in Japan) to support the activities of partner organizations around the world aiding people affected by poverty, discrimination, violence, conflict and war.
