UNIQLO Partners with The Trevor Project

May 31, 2024 NEWS
In 2011, we issued our MADE FOR ALL declaration on universal equality, clothing democracy, and local community commitment. Our LifeWear concept was created from a culture that actively embraces diverse values and every person’s individual qualities.

With this in mind and for the second year in a row during Pride Month, we are honored to partner with The Trevor Project in the US, the leading organization working to end suicide among LGBTQ+ young people in the US and beyond. The Trevor Project is a nonprofit that operates several programs to help prevent and respond to the public health crisis of suicide among LGBTQ+ young people, including 24/7 free crisis services, innovative research, advocacy, public education, and peer support.

This Pride Month, UNIQLO will donate $10,000 to The Trevor Project and invite all customers to join us by donating $1, $3, or $5 at checkout in all stores between 6/1 and 6/30.

Also, five stores across the US will invite beneficiaries of NGOs dedicated to supporting LGBTQ+ young people for a free outfit private shopping event.
