Poor quality and poor customer service
The thread on the collar came undone after 3 days of use. Uniqlo refused to exchange my faulty item for a new one. I had to pay on my own dime for repair. A few days later a bigger hole appeared on the collar. (I have pictures to attest of this). This is a poorly designed product. So much for the durability. And the customer service is even worse...

Perfect for office
This sweater is perfect for those cold days at the office. We have all been in an office where they keep the temps cool. I keep this sweater at office and slip on when needed. To top it off, I purchased on sale.
