What is In Store Pick Up?

In Store Pick Up provides you with a more convenient way for you to pick up your UNIQLO online orders, giving you full peace of mind as to when you will receive your order without having to worry about not being home and missing the delivery. Plus, having your order shipped to the store is free of charge.

Our online store offers a much more extensive range of products that are not available in stores, such as extended sizes (in select products), custom shirts, and the UNIQLO maternity and baby ranges of products. While these are not available in store, you can use our In Store Pickup service to place orders for these items and product ranges. All details of the service are listed below.

How does it work?

Go to UNIQLO.com and start shopping. Choose the In Store Pick Up option at checkout. Pick up your order in store as early as three business days later. You will be notified via email once your package arrives in store.

How much does it cost?

In Store Pick Up is FREE. There is no cost to you. You’ll get free shipping on all In Store Pick Up orders.

What happens once my order has been placed?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging your order. When your order arrives in store, you will receive an email notifying you that your package is ready for pick up.

In Store Pick Up orders placed on holidays & during inventory days

Please note that all In Store Pick Up orders placed before or on a holiday, during inventory days, or during days in which stores are holding special events will require an additional business day to the estimated delivery date.

Will I be notified when my order arrives in store?

Yes, you will receive an email notification once your order arrives in the store and is ready for pick up.

What should I bring to pick up my order?

Please bring your pickup email and a photo I.D. to pick up your order. When you arrive at the store, please speak to a store associate to assist you with picking up your order.

How long do I have to pick up my order?

You have seven calendar days to pick up your order after you receive a ready for pick up email. A reminder email will be sent if you do not pick up your order within four days.

What happens if I do not pick up my order?

Orders not picked up within seven days will be returned to the distribution center. Please allow up to 28 days from when the package is received by the warehouse to see your refund. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process.

SHIP TO PICK UP LOCATION

What is SHIP TO PICK UP LOCATION?

Ship to Pick Up Location is a new shipping method that allows you to ship your order directly to a FedEx location where it will be held for you to pick up.

With FedEx Pick Up Location, we will now offer 15,000 locations nationwide available for you to retrieve your packages.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Go to UNIQLO.com and start shopping. Choose “Ship to Pick Up Location” option at checkout, enter your zip code, and select your desired FedEx location.

Once your package is delivered to FedEx, you will be notified with pick up instructions at the phone number you provided on the shipping page.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Applicable shipping fees will apply to your Ship to Pick Up Location based on your selection of Standard, Two-Day, or Express shipping method.

  • Standard shipping (3-7 business days): $5
  • Two-Day shipping (2-3 business days): $17
  • Express shipping Unavailable at this time: $22

WHEN AND HOW WILL I BE NOTIFIED OF PICK UP?

Once your package is delivered to FedEx, you will be notified with pick up instructions at the phone number you provided on the shipping page.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO PICK UP MY ORDER?

Please make sure to bring a photo I.D. that matches the name you provided on the shipping page when picking up your order.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PICK UP MY ORDER?

You have five business days to pick up your order after you receive the phone call notification.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT PICK UP MY ORDER?

Orders not picked up at the FedEx location within five business days will be shipped back to the distribution center. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Please allow 10-14 business days from the date we receive your package when we process the items for your account to be refunded. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process.
