WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

60-DAY RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns will not be accepted without an original purchase receipt. All merchandise must be returned in the original selling condition and include the original product packaging, tags, and labels. Merchandise may be returned for a full refund of the original form of payment up to 60 days from the purchase date. All returns made with a gift receipt will be returned for a store merchandise gift card. Alteration fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges without an original purchase receipt will only be accepted for the same item in a different color or size. Merchandise sold as “final sale” may not be returned or exchanged at any time. One-time price adjustments can be made with the original purchase receipt up to 14 days from the purchase date, excluding pre-advertised promotions. Items may only be returned, exchanged, or price adjusted within the country where purchase was made. UNIQLO reserves the right to limit or deny returns or exchanges.

Final Sale: Items must be in their original purchase condition and include the original product packaging, with all tags and labels still attached. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if the products have been worn, altered, washed or damaged. Alterations must be picked up with a valid receipt or ID. Altered merchandise not be claimed within 90 days of purchase will be discarded. UNIQLO assumes no responsibility for unclaimed merchandise. One time price adjustments can be made with the original store receipt within 14 days of purchase, excluding pre-advertised promotions. Items purchased outside of the U.S. are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or price adjustments.

PAYPAL RETURN POLICY

You may return PayPal purchases by mail to uniqlo.com or in store within 60 days for a full refund. If you mail your return, your PayPal account will be refunded directly. You can also return your purchase to a UNIQLO store for store credit, or get a refund on a credit/debit card with the same billing or shipping name that appears on your PayPal order.

Apple Pay return policy

You may return Apple Pay purchases by mail to uniqlo.com or in store within 60 days for a full refund. If you mail your return, the credit card account you used with Apple Pay will be refunded directly. You can also return your purchase to a UNIQLO store for store credit, or get a refund on a credit/debit card with the same billing or shipping name that appears on your online order.

GIFT CARD RETURN POLICY

You may return purchases you made using a gift card by mail to uniqlo.com or in store within 60 days for a full refund. If you mail your return, you will receive a merchandise credit number (a new gift card) that you will be able to use online on Uniqlo.com or at US Uniqlo stores. If you also used a credit card to complete the same purchase, the credit card will be refunded directly, for the same amount you paid with it. You can also return your purchase to a UNIQLO store for store credit, or get a refund on a credit/debit card with the same billing or shipping name that appears on your Online order.

ONLINE RETURNS

Merchandise purchased on www.uniqlo.com in their original condition (new, unused and unwashed) with tags attached must be returned within 60 days of the ship date found on the Packing List. Please include the Return Form to ensure timely processing. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.

Please allow up to 28 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process. Items purchased outside of the United States are not eligible for returns.

For any in-store purchases, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges via mail. Any item bought in a Uniqlo store in the United States must be returned directly to any Uniqlo store in the United States. Price adjustments will not be honored for online purchases.

Merchandise received as a gift may be returned for a full refund to the person who purchased the gift or an online store coupon can be issued to the person who received the gift. To receive an online store coupon, please include the email address that you would like the online coupon sent to in the comments section of your Return Form. We will then email you a one-time use coupon code in the amount of the purchase, which can be redeemed only online. Please enter the coupon code in the promo code field at checkout to redeem.

RETURNS WITH PREPAID SHIPPING LABEL

Please fill out the Return Form, repack the item(s) including all original tags, affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any United States Postal Service location or include it in your outgoing mail. Please note that the cost of return shipping ($7.00) will be deducted from your refund.

RETURNS ON YOUR OWN

Please note we DO NOT accept returns to our warehouse for merchandise purchased at a physical UNIQLO store location. We only accept returns to our warehouse for merchandise purchased from uniqlo.com. If you would like to return an in-store purchase by mail, please contact 1-855-486-4756 (1-855-4UNIQLO) or wecare@mail.uniqlo-usa.com for further assistance.

For online returns, please fill out the Return Form, repack the item(s) including all original tags, and ship them back to the warehouse address on your package, at your own expense.

If you choose to use the prepaid return label please take note that a $7 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. For assistance regarding the Return Form or warehouse address on your package, please contact 1-855-486-4756 (1-855-4UNIQLO) or wecare@mail.uniqlo-usa.com for further assistance.

Please remember to write down your Tracking Number to monitor delivery status.

I LOST MY RETURN SHIPPING LABEL

You can, within 60 days of the order being shipped from the distribution center, return any goods in saleable condition. Please read our Return Policy for full details.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY REFUND ONCE I HAVE RETURNED AN ITEM?

We will process the return as soon as possible, but it can take up to 28 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process.

IN-STORE RETURNS

IN-STORE ALTERATIONS POLICY

VENDING MACHINE RETURN POLICY

You may return your purchase to any UNIQLO Store within 60 days. Returns will not be accepted without an original receipt and if they are not in original purchase conditions.

Merchandise may be returned for the full refund to the original form of payment up to 60 days from the purchase date.
