WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

u.s. store return policy

Returns will not be accepted without an original purchase receipt. All merchandise must be returned in the original selling condition and include the original product packaging, tags, and labels. Merchandise purchased in stores may be returned for a full refund of the original form of payment up to 60 days from the purchase date. All returns made with a gift receipt will be returned for a store merchandise gift card. Purchases made online with a gift card, PayPal, or Apple Pay will receive store merchandise credit when returned in store. Alteration fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges without an original purchase receipt will only be accepted for the same item in a different color or size. Merchandise sold as final sale may not be returned or exchanged at any time. One-time price adjustments can be made with the original purchase receipt up to 14 days from the purchase date, excluding pre-advertised promotions. Items may only be returned, exchanged, or price adjusted within the country where purchase was made. Items purchased in the contiguous United States may not be returned, exchanged, or price adjusted in Hawaii, and items purchased in Hawaii may not be returned, exchanged, or price adjusted in the contiguous United States. UNIQLO reserves the right to limit or deny returns or exchanges.

U.S. ONLINE RETURN Policy

Merchandise purchased on www.UNIQLO.com in its original condition (new, unused and unwashed) with tags attached must be returned to our warehouse within 60 days of the ship date found on the packing list. Please include the return form included in your package to ensure timely processing. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Items purchased on the U.S. website may not be returned or exchanged in Hawaii — they must be sent back to our processing center. UNIQLO reserves the right to limit or deny returns or exchanges.

Please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items in our warehouse for your account to be refunded. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process.

Items purchased outside of the contiguous United States are not eligible for returns.

Price adjustments will not be honored for online purchases.

Merchandise received as a gift may be returned for a full refund to the person who purchased the gift or an online promo code can be issued to the person who received the gift. To receive a promo code, please include the email address that you would like it sent to in the comments section of your Return Form. We will then email you a one-time use coupon code in the amount of the purchase, which can be redeemed only online.

PAYPAL & APPLEPAY RETURN POLICY

You may return PayPal and ApplePay purchases by mail to UNIQLO.com or in store within 60 days. If you mail your return, your PayPal or ApplePay account will be refunded directly. You can also return your purchase to a UNIQLO store for store merchandise credit. All other return requirements must also be met.

GIFT CARD RETURN POLICY

You may return purchases you made using a gift card by mail to UNIQLO.com or in store within 60 days for a full refund. If you mail your return, you will receive a merchandise credit number (a new gift card by email) that you will be able to use online on UNIQLO.com or any store within the contiguous United States. If you also used a credit card to complete the same purchase, the credit card will be refunded directly for the same amount you paid with it. You can also return your purchase to a UNIQLO store within the contiguous United States for store merchandise credit. All other return requirements must also be met.

RETURNS ON YOUR OWN

Please note we DO NOT accept returns to our warehouse for merchandise purchased at a physical UNIQLO store location. We only accept returns to our warehouse for merchandise purchased from UNIQLO.com. If you would like to return an in-store purchase by mail, please email customer service at wecare@mail.UNIQLO-usa.com for a mail-in return form. Please note you are responsible for shipping charges.

By Mail Using Your Own Carrier

To return items by mail using a carrier of your choice, please go to www.uniqlo.com/us/en/returns. Select "Use the Carrier of Your Choice" on the final step, print a return packing slip, repack the items (including all original tags), and ship them back at your own expense. Please note: shipping costs and alteration fees will not be refunded.

Returns with Prepaid Shipping Label

To return items using a prepaid label, please go to www.uniqlo.com/us/en/returns. Select "Use a Prepaid Shipping Label" on the final step, print the return packing list and shipping label, and repack the items (including all original tags). Please affix the printed prepaid return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any United States Postal Service or FedEx location, or include it with your outgoing USPS mail. Please note that $7 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of return shipping. Please note: shipping costs and alteration fees will not be refunded. You can track the status of your return at www.uniqlo.com/us/en/returns.

Returning Online Orders In Store

To return merchandise at a UNIQLO store, please go to www.uniqlo.com/us/en/returns. Select "Bring It to Our Store" on the final step and print the Return Form. Please bring the merchandise along with the original packing slip, printed return form, and credit card used to place the order to the UNIQLO store of your choice. Shipping costs and alteration fees will not be refunded. PayPal and ApplePay orders will be refunded via a UNIQLO merchandise credit.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY REFUND ONCE I HAVE RETURNED AN ITEM?

We will process the return as soon as possible, but it can take up to 14 business days from when we receive the items in the warehouse for your account to be refunded. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM VIA MAIL?

We do not currently offer exchanges. You may return your items following our standard return procedure and make a replacement order at any time.

AlTERATIONS Return policy

IN-STORE ALTERATIONS POLICY

Alterations must be picked up with a valid receipt or ID. Altered merchandise not claimed within 90 days of purchase will be discarded. UNIQLO assumes no responsibility for unclaimed merchandise. Alteration fees are non-refundable.

VENDING MACHINE RETURN POLICY

You may return your vending machine purchase to any UNIQLO store within the contiguous United States within 60 days. Returns will not be accepted without an original receipt and if they are not in original purchase conditions. Merchandise may be returned for the full refund to the original form of payment up to 60 days from the purchase date. Exchanges without an original purchase receipt will only be accepted for different color or size of the same item.
