What is In Store Pick Up?

In Store Pick Up provides you with a more convenient way for you to pick up your UNIQLO online orders. Giving you full peace of mind as to when you will receive your order, without having to worry about not being home and missing the delivery. Plus, having your order shipped to the store is free of charge.

Our online store offers a much more extensive range of products which are not available in store – such as extended sizes (in selected products), Customized Shirts and the UNIQLO Maternity & Baby range of products. While these are not available in store, you can use our In Store Pickup service to place orders for these items and product ranges. All details of the service are listed below.

How does it work?

Go to and start shopping. Choose the In Store Pick Up option at checkout. Pick up your order in store as early as three business days later. You will be notified via email once your package arrives in store.

How much does it cost?

In Store Pick Up is FREE. There is no cost to you. You’ll get free shipping on all In Store Pick Up orders.

What happens once my order has been placed?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging your order, which will contain your order number for reference. This information will also be available on your UNIQLO account.

When your order arrives in store, you will receive an email notifying you that your package is ready for pick up.

In Store Pick Up orders placed on holidays & during inventory days

Please note that all In Store Pick Up orders placed before or on a holiday will require an additional business day to the estimated delivery date.

In addition, during inventory days or any day in which stores are holding special events, store business hours may differ from normal. In these instances, stores will either open later and/or close earlier. Please ensure you are aware of the store business hours ahead of placing or picking up your order to avoid disappointment.

Will I be notified when my order arrives in store?

Yes. When your package arrives in store you will receive an email notification.

What should I bring to pick up my order?

Once you’ve received the ready for pick up email, please bring your ready for pick up email or order confirmation email with you and a photo I.D. to pick up your order. When you arrive at the store, please speak to a store associate to assist you with picking up your order.

How long do I have to pick up my order?

You have seven calendar days to pick up your order after it arrives at the store. Please note that orders placed before or on a holiday, will require an additional business day to the estimated delivery date (any day, other than Sunday or legal holiday, on which legal business can be conducted). In addition, if you are expected to receive your order on a holiday (or day after), please also allow an additional business day for pick up.

What happens if I do not pick up my order?

After seven calendar days, your order will be processed for a refund. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Please allow 10-14 business days from when we process the items for your account to be refunded. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process.
