Additional Information
Keith Haring | Jean-Michel Basquiat Crossing Lines
UT is celebrating the National Gallery of Victoria's world premiere exhibition with this new collection featuring the works of Keith Haring and Jean-Michel Basquiat. Exclusive to Melbourne at the NGV, Crossing Lines reveals, for the first time, the many intersections between the lives, practices and ideas of these two influential artists. The exhibition will be on display at the NGV in Melbourne from 1 December 2019 to 13 April 2020.
Keith Haring
A key figure in New York's East Village scene in the late 1970s and 80s, American artist Keith Haring's artwork populated not only art galleries, but also the city's subways, streets, and sidewalks. His work often combined an iconographic vocabulary, including hearts, flying saucers, winged figures, and a crawling “radiant baby,” with abstract marks and patterning.

Keith Haring
I met Keith Haring around 1979. I was a teacher at Seward Park High School in the LES. I was also a poet and rock’n’rolla. A student of minE told me that his brother was dating Keith. My student asked if I wanted to meet Keith and of course I said yes. A lovely man. Gracious and open.
I was too cool at the time to go to the Pop Shop on Lafayette and buy a t-shirt. Well, here it is over 30 years later and I am grateful to drop the pose and buy as many Keith Haring shirts as possible. Great stuff.

Absolutely a favorite shirt!
I completely adore this shirt so much just like the other shirts I've purchased previously from UNIQLO. The quality is absolutely amazing as I expect from them. The soft fabric just feels so comfy to wear, which is why I love the brand. The simple design of the shirt is also pretty great, looks good to wear when going out. I've been pretty interested in Keith Haring's designs and this collaboration has been a personal favorite. When I first ordered this in large (around L and XL), I was scared that it would barely fit me but the moment I tried it on, it surprisingly fit just fine.

Great Design! Perfect Fit
Fabric is soft and it's not a boxy shirt. I bought a Medium and it's perfect for the oversized look, especially when you style it with, let's say it together, Biker Shorts! I'm 5'2 and the bottom of the shirt ends at my pinky fingertip. I love the design especially since I've been obsessed with cartwheels and inversions recently!
