We repeatedly fine-tuned the details of the frame angles, temple specifications, and height of the nose pad to strike the right balance. Besides the materials and fit, we've also taken great care for protection against UV and blue light.

An invisible trick to help protect the eyes.
All models cut UV by 99%*1 and blue light by 25%.*2 The UV-cut processing isn't a coating, but a process whereby a UV absorbing agent is kneaded into the lenses so as to thoroughly cut UV rays that reflect into the eyes from the back surface as well. The sports models use polarized lenses that reduce glare by having fine slits on the surface to suppress the scattering of light. Other models have an anti-fog coating, so they're also comfortable when you're wearing a mask or eating hot food.
