We focused on creating lightweight, warm outerwear without using feathers. This led us to develop our proprietary functional padding in collaboration with Toray. Our padding utilizes hollow raw cotton that is 1/5th the thickness of a hair, encapsulating air to provide warmth that surpasses traditional padding. We conducted extensive tests to ensure an ideal, soft, and comfortable fit. The result is a product that is softer than down yet just as warm, featuring innovative designs for ultimate comfort.

Our outerwear for children is lightweight, warm, and washable. Developed with Toray, the Ball Padding traps warmth while remaining easy to care for—just toss it in the washer after playtime. We’ve added thoughtful features like a fastener that’s easy to use with gloves, a collar with a chin guard to protect against irritation, and a name tag on the back. Every detail is designed to keep kids warm and comfortable.
