The inner layer also plays a leading role.
The inner layer is completely different. On the microscopic level, this piling comprises intricately intertwined ultra-thin fibers. This means there are countless spaces for warm air to stay longer. In addition, by using HEATTECH specifications for the outer layer, we've made it hard for air trapped in the piling to escape, resulting in more warmth all around your legs. Using a piece of piled fabric on the backside of the pants requires a high level of skill. We've made numerous improvements, from dedicated manufacturing equipment for the inner layer to skilled sewing. The inner layer plays the leading role in these pants.

To avoid sacrificing warmth for beauty, we use a single piece of fabric that creates a non-bulky silhouette. And by achieving a neat fit, the inner layer's piling stays close to the skin to keep warmth in more effectively. We've also added features to the inside pockets. The palm side is made of microfleece fabric. The side on the back of the hand is made of raised tricot fabric. Our meticulous design using fabrics of different thickness ensures that the pockets don't take away from the general silhouette.
