Product Stories
If a color or pattern changes, so do the details.
We selected 22 colors and patterns from an initial pool of 150 prototypes. All of them are original. In other words, a flannel shirt begins with making the fabric. We fine-tune every detail, from the width of the checked pattern to the accent colors. We also alter the exact specs for each fabric. What is the optimal button size and color? Do we use stitches or not? Do the color and pattern match at the boundaries between parts, like between the body and chest pocket? We figure out the golden ratio of beauty in each piece.
Warm on the front. A nice texture on the back.
Flannel fabric changes significantly depending on how many times it's raised. The outer layer is raised twice to feel fluffy and warm, while the inner layer is raised once for a smooth feel. Raising on both sides takes much time and effort. But we cannot give up on high-quality comfort. We've also adjusted the fabric's density. We adjust the number of warp and weft threads woven into the fabric one yarn at a time. We pursue the best balance. That leads to a beautiful pattern and fluffy fabric.
