Cashmere is an all-natural fiber. We rigorously select where we source our raw wool from, and ensure it is cleaned by hand. All foreign matter is removed carefully and thoroughly, meeting our strict quality controls. We fine-tune all aspects of the manufacturing process depending on the color, thickness, gloss, texture and other qualities of the raw materials, to achieve the best results each time. Each and every finished item is checked by our highly experienced quality control team before delivery to our stores.

We've made our cashmere knits hand-washable. The key lies in our special treatment techniques at the molecular level. By adjusting the processing temperature and time, we were able to prevent pilling and maintain the soft texture of the cashmere.
