Disappointed
I like airism merchandise, but am very disappointed with the sheets. After one week of use, the sheets started pilling (forming small balls of fluff). Comparing the airism sheet to other brands, I find that ones bought at Walmart or Target cost less and are of better quality.
I understand the return policy, but filed a claim with Uniqlo due to the short time that that pillings formed. The response was a reiteration of the return policy. My experience with this product is unsatisfactory and I just want my money refunded.
I am very disappointed with the product and Uniqlo’s customer service response.
