About the collection
The synthetic pigment Prussian blue (also known as Berlin blue), imported during the Edo period, sparked a revolution in the way blue was expressed in Ukiyo-e prints. Created in collaboration with the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, this T-shirt collection expresses the beautiful blue worlds depicted by Katsushika Hokusai and Utagawa Hiroshige. This unique collection blends artistic vision with rich historical significance.
