Worse still was trying to return it where a rather rude assistant who get pointing at a click and collect sign (I had my purchase delivered to my home) said my receipt that came with my purchase wasn’t sufficient and I needed a PDF email which was sent from a no reply email. Got there eventually but was a painful experience and would put me off Buying on line with Uniqlo.

It is neither too thick, nor too thin and rather warm, perfect for winter. The only things is, within the first week of wearing, there appeared small lumps of wool along the sleeves.

I literally wore this jumper from morning until night for as long as socially acceptable. The fit is lovely. Nice roomy fit with nice length on sleeves. I ordered the pink and it’s almost as though it’s weaved with an oatmeal blue. Very nice colour. The price is fab, at £25 and it is a very cosy and soft jumper. The reason for four stars o er five is that when washed, on a gentle cycle at 30 degrees with the gentlest Woolite detergent, the jumper has, unfortunately, bobbles a little. No biggie for the price I guess but it was a bit of a shame. Saying that, I’d probably buy another if it was on offer
