Rated 1 out of 5 by angie07 from Strange shape and too light for winter This jacket looks well on the website but looks cheap and is very light. Definitely not suitable for winter. Horrible customer service, first you wait over two weeks for your order to be dispatched and later over two (sic!!) months to get your refund. Very disappointing.

I bought two other +J down coats and I didn’t have much expectations for this jacket. I wore it today for the first time and I was quite surprised because it looked so nice. I thought this was a sporty jacket but it actually looks chic and elegant. I love it and will wear it often

Rated 3 out of 5 by Beebs13 from Not as good as I’d hoped I had high hopes for this. It’s Jill Sander after all and I’ve loved her previous collaborations. However this jacket just didn’t work for me. It was too big and too long, neither a coat nor a jacket. The pockets on the front did not flatter and I’m not convinced it would keep me warm. It was almost there but not enough for me to keep.

I thought I already had enough down jackets from Uniqlo, I have a down vest which I love to wear under my coats , and a normal ultra light down jacket. But I saw this and I thought the design was very unusual yet sleek. When I tried it on, my daughter said I looked nice , and she said the jacket felt so soft and comfy. She was right! You can cinch the waist by pulling the drawstring at the back, and you get a very feminine silhouette . I love how it looks when it is zipped all the way up! Also you don't need a scarf at all when worn like this. You do need to size down , I purchased two sizes and I liked the smaller size better. I wished the arms were a bit thinner, but I guess that is the style of the design. I am also amazed that this fits into a little tiny bag and I can fit it into my diaper bag or laptop bag easily. So will be a great travel jacket for all seasons, just in case it gets nippy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MrsLay from A Keeper I love Jil Sander. I have been a JS woman all my life, so needless to say I HAVE to have have myself some of this collection. Bought 2 down coats and this down jacket, did not buy the coats as I already have JS wool coats. I love this jacket, the flap pockets sets itself apart from others. The look is sporty chic, it is a bit roomy, but one has to remember this is not a leather jacket and the roominess allows layering, even a blazer. I tried that combination before I head out and I am telling you it looks great! Warm and not bulky. It is cut to skim, so even if you are wearing layers, it will still look chic. I bought black, which is a classic. Eyeing the other colour now...just waiting for the size to come back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Miss Anne from Everyone should one a (+J)ULD I have collected Uniqlo ULD jackets for years and have several. Compared to the regular sizing, these +J versions are a lot roomier and have sider sleeves which I absolutely love. I went for a M in the black and although I initially wanted the dark grey, I'm glad I got the black. It's a much deeper shade of black compared to the long ULD puffer from the +J collection (which is more charcoal). I love that you can cinch in the back for some shape and I adore the mixed shine in patches. Crowning this my travel companion and all round snazzy ULD. They are so practical and you can fold them in their pouch so it's always handy when it gets colder. Everyone should own a ULD jacket.
