Rated 2 out of 5 by Hotgirlwinter from Underwhelming The overall quality of construction is great, which is really pleasant to buy for the price and the fabric is soft and lustrous which is great, but it is far too thin. This would have been okay if the coat were fully lined but it isn’t. The belt in the back does not sit on the waist and looks strange if you cinch it in to create a tighter fit. I found the the sleeves to be too tight in comparison to the body. This coat won’t suit those with a hourglass or pear shaped figure. Surprisingly I much prefer the long puffer with the hood from the collection that I also bought and have kept.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Pheebs from Very big and waist is too low Massive big. I usually wear xs of Uniqlo coats and jackets but this one feels like M. Also the waistline is too low. Had to return it.

Having bought +J coats/jackets from the original collections which were great quality and had impeccable tailoring, I was really pleased to have been able to order this coat in my usual size (XS). First impression of this coat out of the packaging was good and the fabric lovely and soft. However, once on, the coat is rather big and shapeless and the lining across the shoulders and in the sleeves is really crispy and noisy - it rustles when you move! Also, the proportions don’t feel right. It seems too wide for the length. A very ordinary coat from an extraordinary designer... It has been returned.

Rated 3 out of 5 by OliviaW from Absolutely huge This is a lovely coat however it’s just far too big! I ordered an XS (I’m short and a size 8-10) and it absolutely drowned me. The XXS was sold out and I’m guessing would still be far too big. A shame as I buy from Uniqlo often as the clothes are usually a perfect fit.

Looked great taking out the parcel, fabric looked lovely and shiny was quite thin and had to return as I found it too itchy round my neck. Lovely oversized look, was upset as really wanted to keep it, probably just me extra sensitive.

It's the coat that goes with everything... one to throw on and head out the door knowing it'll elevate the most casual outfit to something cool. This collection is winning in my book. Glad I got some beautiful pieces.
