Kashiwa Sato, one of Japan’s leading creative directors, has gained renown internationally with his innovative approaches to visual identity / corporate identity planning and brand strategies. The largest ever solo exhibition “KASHIWA SATO,” introducing the broad spectrum of his career over the past 30 years, is held from Feb 3 to May 10, 2021 at the National Art Center, Tokyo.
TOKYO MIYAGE SAMURAI
This design features the word SAMURAI in alphabet and kanji script. With respect for samurai culture, it uses a modern, freehand style inspired by traditional Japanese calligraphy to express a new samurai spirit.
